Welcome to Game Changer (the “Store”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an online shop specializing in trading card games, located in Athens, Greece.

 

By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General

 

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of trading cards (singles, sealed products, booster boxes, etc.), accessories, and related items sold on Game Changer.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
  • Our business is based in Athens, Greece, and these Terms are governed by Greek and European Union law.

 

2. Products and Availability

 

  • All products are subject to availability. Stock levels are updated in real time, but we cannot guarantee every item will remain in stock after you place an order.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, cancel orders, or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration only. Actual trading cards may show minor variations in centering, corners, edges, or surface quality (especially for graded, vintage, or out-of-print cards).

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 

  • All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include Greek VAT (24% standard rate) where applicable.
  • Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
  • We accept secure payments via [Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or any other methods you offer]. Payment is processed at the time of order.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
  • We ship from Athens, Greece. Delivery times are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products are handed to the shipping carrier.
  • For international orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

 

As required by EU Consumer Rights Directive and Greek law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) from the day you receive your order. During this period, you may cancel the purchase for any reason without justification.

 

Important limitations for trading card products:

 

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, cases, etc.) once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened.
    • Singles or loose cards that have been removed from protective sleeves or show signs of use/handling.
    • Any product that cannot be resold as new for hygiene, health protection, or security reasons.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (by email) within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods (unless we agree otherwise).
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition (including all packaging and accessories).
  • If approved, we will refund the price paid (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • We do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” on opened sealed products or cards you simply no longer want.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

 

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at our discretion.

 

6. Authenticity Guarantee

 

  • We guarantee that all trading cards and products sold in Game Changer are 100% genuine and sourced responsibly.
  • If you believe an item is counterfeit, contact us immediately with supporting evidence. We will investigate promptly and offer a full refund or replacement if the claim is verified.

 

7. Customer Conduct and Order Cancellation

 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team may result in order cancellation and banning from future purchases.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Changer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or purchased products.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) in question.

 

9. Privacy

 

  • Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Store, you consent to this processing.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU regulations.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
